These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "GTCS") define the terms and conditions under which AECOTEX GROUP SLU, a company incorporated under Andorran law with a capital of 3,000.00 euros, registered in the Andorra Trade and Companies Register under number 17 434,00, whose registered office is Residencial Sol-Esqui, Edifici A, 3R PIS, 5A Porta - CANILLO (Andorra), (hereinafter "AECOTEX GROUP SLU") will allow the Customer to Order Products and Services and to use the Site.
How will VAT be applied to orders shipped within Europe?
Sublisport will charge VAT on orders with a delivery address in the European Union.
If your order is processed in the EU and delivered in the EU :
- For customers not registered as VAT payers (B2C), the VAT rate of the destination country is applied. See standard VAT rates for EU countries.
- For customers registered as VAT payers :
- If the order is carried out in France and the delivery address is in France, VAT is invoiced to 0%.
- If the order is carried out in France and the delivery address is outside France, VAT is invoiced to 0%.
- If you are registered as a VAT payer in a European country and the order is carried out in that country, VAT is charged to 0%.
If your order is placed outside the EU and delivered within the EU :
- For customers not registered as VAT payers, if the price of SubliSport products exceeds €150, VAT is applied to 0%. If the price is below this threshold, the VAT rate of the destination country applies. See standard VAT rates for EU countries.
- If you are registered as a VAT payer in any country, you will not be charged VAT.
We calculate VAT using the following formula: (Price of the Sublisport product + shipping costs + services - discounts) * VAT rate %.
The exact VAT rate depends on your taxpayer status, where you are registered as a taxpayer, where SubliSport is registered and where the order is dispatched.
