Cette Politique de Confidentialité régit la collecte et le traitement des données des Clients par la société AECOTEX GROUP, société de droit andorran au capital de 3 000,00 euros, enregistrée au RCS d’Andorre sous le numéro 17 434,00, dont le siège social est Av. Príncep Benlloch 30, Local 3 – AD500 Andorra la Vella (Andorre) (ci-après « AECOTEX GROUP»).

AECOTEX GROUP may collect Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Site and the processing of Orders.

The confidentiality of Personal Data is of paramount importance to AECOTEX GROUP, which has implemented strict rules and procedures to protect them. The Customer must carefully read this Privacy Policy relating to the use of Personal Data.

The Customer is fully aware that the Personal Data submitted and collected will be processed automatically.

2 – Définitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions shall apply to all capitalized terms, whether singular or plural:
"Customer": the customer of AECOTEX GROUP on the Site.
"Order", "Ordering" or "Ordering": process of ordering one or more Products by the Customer from AECOTEX GROUP on the Site.
"Account": the Customer's account, enabling them to Order on the Site, accessible by their login and password, and containing their personal information and history.
"General Conditions" or "GCS": the general conditions of AECOTEX GROUP, accessible on the Site.
"Personal Data": personal data collected and processed by AECOTEX GROUP.
"Party": AECOTEX GROUP and/or the Customer, taken individually and/or collectively.
"Privacy Policy": this document.
"Product": the product or products marketed by AECOTEX GROUP on the Site.
"Site": the www.sublisport.fr site, its components and any other support for the site, such as a mobile application.

3 – Etendue Et Modification De La Politique De Confidentialité

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing and disclosure of Personal Data by AECOTEX GROUP in connection with the use of the Site by Customers and the processing of their Orders.
It also details the procedures for exercising their rights by all persons concerned by Personal Data.

The Customer must read the entire Privacy Policy and accept it unreservedly.

This acceptance will be expressed by ticking the box corresponding to the sentence accepting the Confidentiality Policy when registering on the Site, for example "I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Site's Confidentiality Policy".

Ticking this box will be deemed to have the same value as a handwritten signature.

AECOTEX GROUP reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time by publishing a new version on its Site.

The applicable Confidentiality Policy is the last one accepted by the Customer.

The AECOTEX GROUP site may contain links to third party sites. The latter may have a different privacy policy and AECOTEX GROUP shall not be held liable for them.

AECOTEX GROUP collects and processes Personal Data in order to fulfil its contractual obligations towards the Customer.

However, Customers have the option of refusing to provide some of this Personal Data on their Account, on the understanding that this may have an impact on the proper operation of the Site.

AECOTEX GROUP may collect and process the following Personal Data, if provided:

Customer details and information (first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, address);

This Personal Data is used to manage Orders.

Site connection information (IP address, browser type, operating system, place and time of connection, terminal identifier);

This Personal Data is used to compile Site traffic statistics.

Customer bank and payment details (last 4 digits of bank card) ;

This Personal Data is used to manage Orders. Details of the use of the Site, in particular by means of cookies (quantity of data received, pages viewed, actions carried out);

This Personal Data is used to compile Site traffic statistics.

Personal Data may also be transmitted to any administrative authority upon request, or in application of the law or a court order.

AECOTEX GROUP ensures that Personal Data is stored in conditions that comply with industry standards.

AECOTEX GROUP undertakes in particular to comply with the regulations applicable to the security of Personal Data and cannot exclude its liability in this respect.

The Site is secured by an SSL certificate.

Site communications are encrypted.

AECOTEX GROUP ensures that its employees and service providers responsible for processing Personal Data are subject to an appropriate obligation of confidentiality.

In the event of a breach of Personal Data, AECOTEX GROUP shall inform the Customer as soon as possible.

AECOTEX GROUP shall store Personal Data for the duration of the validity of the Account.

If the Account has not been active for one (1) year (date of last login), or if the Customer deletes the Account, the Personal Data will be deleted automatically, with the exception of that which is strictly necessary to maintain its commercial accounts and to comply with its legal obligations.

11 – Droits des personnes concernées

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the RGPD, any person concerned has the following rights with regard to any Personal Data transmitted to AECOTEX GROUP:

Right of access,

Right to restrict processing,
Right to object,
Right to portability.

12 – Loi applicable et litiges

The law applicable to this agreement is French law.

The Privacy Policy is written in French, and the French version will prevail even if it is translated into another language.

The Customer may submit to the CNIL any dispute relating to the implementation or interpretation of the Privacy Policy that has not been resolved amicably between the Parties.

It may also be submitted to the competent court of AECOTEX GROUP's registered office, including in the event of summary proceedings, a warranty claim or multiple defendants, and regardless of the Customer's country of origin.
